(Senior) AI Assurance Consultant (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) AI Assurance Consultant, you are involved in the further development of our AI assurance framework and translate it into concrete requirements, processes and architectures for safety-critical applications. You advise decision-makers, accompany development and evaluation processes and provide impulses for process definition, certification and governance structures. In an environment with increasing security policy requirements and increasing technological complexity, you make a decisive contribution to the safe, responsible and resilient use of AI in our customers

Analysis of AI systems on aspects related to security (e.g. adversarial attacks, manipulation and abuse scenarios) and safety (e.g. misconduct in boundary or interference situations) Develop concrete safety and quality requirements for AI systems and derive risk mitigation and trustworthy system design measures Significant participation in the further development and operationalization of our AI-Assurance framework including implementation in project-related concepts, checklists, methods and technical specifications take over a key technical role in projects, e.g. preparation of analyses, concepts, risk assessments or partial contributions for offers, to subproject management and technical coordination Conception and implementation of workshops, technical coordination and stakeholder and requirement analyses Advising decision-makers and development teams on security risks, regulatory requirements and technical solutions Participation in the creation of offerings, specialist concepts and project documents and support in the further development of new services in the field of AI Assurance

Complete studies in the field of computer science, data science, IT security, engineering sciences or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment of AI systems, IT security or data-intensive applications, ideally complemented by experience in consulting, software development or technology-driven projects In-depth knowledge in at least one of the areas of AI Security, AI Quality or AI Transparency (e.g. adversarial attacks, model and data integrity, test and validation methods, Explainable AI) as well as willingness to incorporate into adjacent topics Basic understanding of the risks of modern AI systems and interest in their assessment in the context of architecture, data, models and system behavior Knowledge or interest in regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. EU AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act) as well as a structured and addressable analysis and processing of technical facts Experience in cooperation with stakeholders, in the implementation of workshops, professional consultations and the address-oriented presentation of technical results Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
