Why this role exists: Our AI team develops powerful solutions, but the communication bridge between our team, the entire department and the central functions is missing. We need someone who translates technical AI work into clear, comprehensible stories, and feedback as well as instructions that characterize our roadmap can be returned to our team. What you will do: Communication of AI tools developed in the field to sensitize colleagues and build an understanding of AI skills
Creating professional presentations and materials for different target groups, from team updates to control panels at sector level
You act as a communication interface between the AI team, department management and central functions
Collecting and structuring feedback from colleagues on AI tools and initiatives
forwarding instructions and strategic input to the AI team
Answering questions from colleagues on AI initiatives and support in reducing acceptance barriers
Maintenance of consistent communication through all channels (presentations, newsletters, intranet etc.)

What you bring: enrolled in communication sciences, technical communication, media sciences, business administration or a comparable degree course
Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and oral (forced required)
Strong presentation skills, safe appearance from different target groups, from engineers to management
Safe handling of creating professional PowerPoint presentations (visual storytelling, clear structure, clean design)
Ability to understand and simplify technical topics for non-technical target groups

Confidence with Confluence, SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
Previous experience in creating technical documentation or explanation content
