Instructor Mechatronics (m/f/d)

Emschergenossenschaft and Lippeverband are jointly the largest wastewater provider and operator of wastewater treatment plants in Germany and reliable partners of our municipal and industrial members. As a public-law employer with around 1,900 employees, we implement wastewater treatment, ensure flood protection and manage the ground and rainwater at Emscher and Lippe.

For the training site in Duisburg, which is based on the wastewater treatment plant in Duisburg-Alte-Emscher, we are looking for a qualified trainer*in (m/w/d) in full time for the training of 8 trainees.

Training of A-Z: Accompanying trainees from the selection of applicants to the takeover into a work relationship as a specialist mediation of skills and knowledge according to the training framework plan “MechatronikerAusbV” Communication of specialist knowledge in theory and practice in the fields of mechanics, electronics, PLC programming, sensor technology and actuators, electropneumatics, etc. Hydraulics, CAD software, manual & mechanical material processing and measurement & Test technology etc. Development of training concepts and planning and implementation of suitable learning projects (e.g. introduction to modern standards such as AI and Industry 4.0) Promoting the professional and personal development of trainees with a view to self-responsibility and self-responsibility Interface function: cooperation with internal and external partners such as vocational school, IHK, youth and trainee representation (JAV) and staff council Theoretical and practical exam preparation

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience Ideally training examination (AdA-Schein) according to AEVO (or willing to retrieve it) Experience in handling maintenance measures You can inspire young people and enjoy working with them, demanding and promoting them. Ideally, you could already demonstrate your empathy, team skills, communication strength and conflictability in dealing with groups. A great sense of responsibility and a high social competence complete your profile.
