Order to Cash (O2C) Manager (m/w/d)

Strategic and operational management of the PMO including team management and development Control and optimization of the entire O2C process chain – from order acquisition to payment receipt Development of project management standards (classical, agile, hybrid) Building and controlling an effective project portfolio and KPI management Close cooperation with sales, finance, delivery and controlling Advice on management and project management in PMO and O2C issues Responsibility for commercial project controlling and process development Coaching, training and promotion of talents and management of external partners

A successfully completed study in business, computer science, industrial engineering, etc. Multiannual experience in O2C and/or PMO, ideally in the IT/consultation environment Management experience and knowledge in project controlling and process optimization Certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA or SAFe are a plus Experience with tools like SAP, MS Project, Jira, Confluence o. Analytical thinking, communication strength and team spirit
