The planning, organisation and implementation of university marketing activities such as career fairs, workshops and corporate presentations take your own responsibility New ideas for attracting students, graduates and young talents (m/w/d) you actively contribute and continuously develop our university marketing measures In the design, organisation and implementation of innovative learning and development formats for our trainees (m/w/d), you will not only participate, but take your own subprojects independently You support the further development of our trainee programs independently – from the planning of onboarding measures to the support and support of participants (m/w/d) during the program Interfaces to departments, trainees, trainees and external partners (m/w/d) you coordinate professionally and ensure a smooth flow of information Own ideas and suggestions for improvement are expressly welcome and can be actively introduced into the further development of our junior programs.

An ongoing study in a relevant field, such as business administration, pedagogy, psychology, marketing or a comparable field of expertise First practical experience in higher education marketing, talent management, training, personnel development or in the HR environment, as well as the motivation to further expand it Embossed communication skills and organizational talent that enable you to communicate information in a targeted manner and coordinate different topics in parallel An independent, structured and reliable operation as well as the ability to drive tasks and smaller projects independently Conceptual thinking and the joy of developing new ideas and implementing them together in practice High self-initiative, commitment and team spirit as well as the willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to the success of our junior programs Very good knowledge of German and the security to express you clearly on at least C1 level
