• They ensure that the accounting of invoices and documents is carried out correctly and on time - with regard to monthly and annual accounts.

• In addition, you take over tasks in debitor and creditor management, in particular in Mahnwesen.

• They are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders in billing-relevant questions.

• In addition, you work closely with other departments such as controlling, financial accounting and operating areas to ensure a smooth operation.

• They work both in the office and home office.

• You have at least one successfully completed training in the commercial sector.

• In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge of accounting, in particular in the processing of input and output accounts, as well as experience in dunning.

• Experiences in the logistics sector - especially in the offshore environment - are advantageous.
