If you are already driving the C/CE category, the qualification programme will take only 12 months. The employment relationship can only be continued permanently if the qualification is successfully completed within the first 2 years of your activity. The grouping takes place in the pay group 4 of the TV car. After passing examination of the qualification programme, the grouping takes place in the pay group 6 of the TV motorway. The recognition of step-time-relevant work experience is decided on an individual basis. In addition, employees of the road service will receive allowances as well as allowances for roads and trains in accordance with the contractual arrangements of the Autobahn GmbH.
