Your duties as leadership: Examination of compliance with statutory regulations and internal regulations (e.g. accident prevention regulations) Instructions and training Observe and control operations according to requirements Coordination of the group/working area Personal deployment planning and holiday planning Continuous improvement of all processes for optimal and smooth operation Provision of reporting (statistic surveys and other evaluations) Participation in the area of responsibility (Postein and initial sorting, package acceptance, package distribution, messenger tours with KFZ – Caddy class) Customer Interface / Single Point of Contact
