Senior Consultant Notfall- und Business Continuity Management (m/f/d)

Coordinate and conduct consulting projects: You take over the management of projects and certification in Business Continuity Management (BCM) based on ISO 22301 and BSI IT-Grundschutz 200-4. Conduct analyses and risk assessments: you conduct CAP and business impact analyses and risk assessments independently. Conduct audits: Your tasks include carrying out internal audits with the customer and supplier audits in the customer order. Support our customers: You advise customers on the further development of existing BCM systems and overarching continuity strategies. Be responsible for emergency and crisis rod exercises: You plan emergency and crisis rod exercises and perform them. Support our customers: You support our customers in operation of the BCM after certification.

IT degree or comparable training: You have a degree in IT (e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science, Security) or a comparable training as well as multi-year relevant professional experience. Knowledge of BCM standards: You have a well-founded knowledge of BCM standards such as ISO 22301, BSI 200-4 and industry-specific regulatory systems such as BAIT, VAIT, KAIT, ZAIT. Associating standards: You connect secure knowledge from the BCM standards with those of the ISO/IEC2700 family or other common management systems. Professional experience in the management environment: Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the management environment or process consulting (e.g. as a management system manager or manager). Certifications: A certification, e.g. as Auditor/Lead-Auditor, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC27001 or ISO 9001 completes your profile. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
