What you expect: Compliance and internal control system: monitoring compliance with internal regulations and regulations, as well as OE-relevant requirements and requirements of BaFin (e.g. GWG, WpHG, FWS) and responsibility for the Internal Control System (IKS) Process optimization & target control: Ensuring efficient workflows through regular checks and optimizations, controlling and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the department and early development of appropriate measures in the event of deviations Leadership & employee development: Valuable and transparent leadership of employees and managers, responsible management of resources, promotion of individual potentials, coaching and support in active employee management Representation & Network: Thematic representation of the Head of Division, representation of SSKD in internal and external bodies as well as care and development of trusted cooperation with relevant contact persons Refurbishment & settlement: Accompanying risk-relevant remedial commitments, representing SSKD in demanding insolvency and auction dates, conducting negotiations with customers, debtors, lawyers, other creditors and insolvency administrators; Conception and implementation of rehabilitation and settlement strategies as well as support for credit commitments in crisis situations risk mitigation & exchange of experience: the implementation and moderation of exchanges of experience with market and credit areas for quality improvement in the sense of risk strategy; Reducing the risk of failure by selecting optimal rehabilitation strategies and developing sustainable solutions for all stakeholders Strategic projects & quality assurance: initiation, implementation, participation and quality assurance in strategic projects, projects and measures in specific areas of the field or SSKD This will make you fit into the team: Qualification: A successfully completed study of economics, law or a comparable completed study

Experiences/knowledge: Multiannual professional experience in credit business, in particular in refurbishment and/or settlement Funded knowledge of credit and security law as well as dealing with non-performing engagements Leadership experience as well as experience in dealing with committees and in cooperation with departmental and senior management

Further competencies: Considering economic, risk-oriented and process-related aspects in decisions and developing practical solutions Active participation in change processes and support in the further development of workflows and cooperation Clear and solution-oriented communication and constructive handling of challenging conversation situations
