The position must be taken both in fulltime and part-time.

You advise the management, specialist departments and project teams on civil and economic issues, in particular in the fields of corporate and commercial law, trademark, sales, competition and data protection law. In German and English, you will examine, design and negotiate contracts and use your very good English skills in an international context. You develop contract standards, patterns and processes and coordinate external legal advisers in Germany and abroad, for example in case of ongoing legal proceedings or legal disputes. The incorporation into new topics is not an obstacle to you. In addition, you take over the management and updating of internal policies, monitor their compliance and supervise corporate housekeeping.

You are full lawyers with two over-average legal state examina and have several years of professional experience in a law firm or in an international company. You are characterised by established knowledge in general civil and contract law as well as in sales, competition and trademark law and practical experience in the design, testing and negotiation of contracts. You work independently, solution-oriented and bring a friendly, binding appearance and a pronounced hands-on mentality. Local business trips are not a problem for you and you can work quickly and safely into new topics.
