Team Leader, Compensation & HR Services (m/f/d)

As a team leader, your 8-member team ensures service and customer-oriented support for our employees as well as the competent advice and support of our executives. The design, continuous optimization and implementation of processes in the areas of pay billing, time management and personnel administration are within your responsibility. You will monitor, update and implement personnel management, labour law and accounting regulations. You supervise the occupational pension, coordinate the flow of information between employees, contractual partners and the company and accompany relevant personnel topics holistically. In addition, you work in cross-sector projects, support audits and work confidently with external institutions such as professional associations and integration offices.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. tax specialist (m/w/d), with a further training for the tested wage and salary accountant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in pay billing, supplemented by at least 2 – 3 years of leadership experience, distinguishes your professional career. Finding knowledge of social security and tax law as well as good knowledge of labour law can be applied safely and in practice. Personally, you are convinced by your structured way of working, a high sense of responsibility as well as pronounced service and consulting skills. Basic knowledge of employee transfer as well as first points of contact with legal questions round off your profile.
