The German Children's and Youth Foundation (DKJS) operates on behalf of the Saxon State Ministry for Culture the department of Start Chances Saxony. The module „Fachgruppen Mathematik“ is implemented in cooperation with the Stiftung Kinderforschungschen. The participating primary and upper schools are accompanied by the Foundation in the Mathematics Departments with various offers and formats. The team of the Departments of Mathematics consists of 4 – 6 persons and works closely with the Fachkolleg:innen der Deutschen Kinder- und Jugendstiftung. The non-profit Children's Foundation is committed to good early education in the fields of mathematics, computer science, natural science and technology (MINT) – with the aim of making children strong for the future and empowering them to act sustainably. Together with its local network partners, the Foundation offers a national educational programme for educational specialists and teachers. You are supported to accompany children in Kita and Primary Schools qualified in the discovery, research and learning. The Foundation for Children researches educational opportunities, promotes interest in the STEM area and professionalizes educational staff. Reference number 2026-006 Part-time 19.5 hours/week, limited until 31 July 2028. We intend to occupy this place which is subject to the availability of the allocated project resources. A commitment to employment will only be effective with the final confirmation of the funding by the grantor.

Planning, implementation and preparation of a major event in Saxony incl. rooms, catering, materials, media equipment in close consultation with the project management Responsibility for participation management Participation and support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of further events and training General administrative activities, e.g. correspondence, scheduling, organization of service travel, billing creation, coordination of services incl. procurement and procurement processes, data processing Preparation of presentations and reports Support of the project team in cooperation with partners:inside, external service providers:inside, participants of the programme and events Support of the project team in analysis and research and content contributions

You have a completed training in the commercial sector or have a comparable training You have experiences in event and project management You have experience with digitally supported work processes, especially with CRM systems Ideally, you bring Salesforce knowledge You're open to new things and you're drawing on your own initiative and sense of responsibility You like working with different people and are strong in external contact You identify with the values and objectives of the Foundation Children
