Design & optimize processes: You support us in the analysis and improvement of existing HR processes in the area of Compensation, Benefits & People Analytics – with the aim of making processes smarter, more efficient and more sustainable. You develop (or optimise) small automation solutions – for example with Power Query, Power BI or other Microsoft tools – to simplify recurring tasks. Building and structuring documentation: You make sure that our HR processes and tools are properly documented, comprehensible and standardized – from reporting flows to Benefit processes. Reporting & Analyses: You support monthly HR reporting, work on the further development of our reporting structures and support ad hoc evaluations on compensation, benefits and people analytics. Promote Data Quality & Transparency: You make sure that data is consistent, correct and up-to-date – and help you prepare them optimally for management decisions. Analyze the use of AI: You give recommendations where we could use AI in a meaningful way. Insights into exciting HR projects: You accompany our team on projects and on local reporting initiatives. Interface work: You work closely with colleagues from HR Business Partnering, Recruiting, D&I and HR Services – and learn about the diversity of modern HR work.
Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Studies: Inscribed: Bachelor or Master Student: in Economics or Social Sciences, (Economic)Psychology, Statistics, Data Science or a comparable degree course. Interest in data & processes: You are happy to improve structures, analyze data and make things more efficient. IT affinity: You can control Excel securely and ideally have first experience with Power Query, Power BI or comparable tools. Analytical Thinking & Precision: You work structured, think networked and find creative solutions for complex questions.
