The work of the Hertie Foundation focuses on two main topics: researching the brain and strengthening democracy. The Foundation's projects provide model impulses within these topics. The focus is always on man and the concrete improvement of his living conditions. The non-profit Hertie Foundation was founded in 1974 by the heirs of the department store owner Georg Karg and is today one of the largest foundations in Germany, which are clearly independent and entrepreneurial. For our “Strengthening Democracy and Promoting European Identity” area in Berlin, we are looking for support as soon as possible Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (Berlin | Full-time (40h/week) or part-time (20h/week) | unlimited) This position can be occupied full-time as well as in the job sharing model with two part-time jobs. Administrative support of project management and teams in the Berlin office Organisation and participation in external and internal events Implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, correspondence with bodies/partners Care of overviews (e.g. annual planning, holiday calendars, locations, service providers) Support for the upcoming relocation within Berlin Conducting small research and knowledge management reception, care of guests and first contact person on site Conting and forwarding of input invoices

Completed training (preferably in the commercial sector) or completed studies Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Joy of organisational and administrative tasks as well as communication skills, flexibility and team spirit Interest in the topics of the Foundation and a binding, friendly appearance You are versed in handling MS Office products and IT systems Good English knowledge of word and writing
