To strengthen our team we are looking for

Facility Manager (m/w/d) unlimited | Berlin-Tempelhof | 40 hours per week In this position you control the technical operation and the renovation of our property together with the team. You work closely with the function line on the current and future goals of the area.

Your tasks:Transportation safety & building monitoring: You keep in focus the monitoring of construction tests and safety measures and are responsible for the restoration of construction facilities within and outside buildings. Maintenance management: You independently control smaller repair work – from the tendering process to the successful implementation – within the framework of the regional budget regulations of Berlin (LHO).

Service provider & system control: You coordinate our external service providers and contractors and monitor the execution transparently via our IT-supported system.

Service and message management: You process, control and monitor running service messages reliably.

Process development: You are actively involved in building up and maintaining structures and promote cross-border cooperation.

Quality and standards management: You ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards, guidelines and our company's own quality standards in your area of responsibility.

Take this with you: Qualification: A successfully completed study with reference to construction or comparable master training.

Professional experience: Multiannual, relevant professional practice in the above-mentioned field.

Knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Remarkable: First insights into the functioning of the public authorities and knowledge in public procurement law.

Communication: A secure, targeted communication.

Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial thinking, high reliability, pronounced awareness of the problem with solution-oriented action as well as an independent and independent way of working.

IT security: Safe handling of the current IT applications.
