Engineer:in TGA Projektingenieur (HKLS) / Supply Technology (w/m/d) Full time, part-time EGr. 12 TVöD (52.988 € to 82.802 € annual gross*, depending on professional experience)

Project management in the case of construction measures planned or monitored by engineering offices, supervision of the client, billing of orders Project management, planning and construction preparation, local construction monitoring for complex construction measures with quality, cost and time control Implementation of technical standards for technical building equipment and participation in documentation maintenance Participation in the preparation of reports on ongoing cost and time control and forecasting, monitoring of construction accounts Participation in negotiations and processing of requests for supervisory authorities and other authorising bodies

Special conditions: completed university studies (Bachelor) Department of Supply and Building Technology many years of professional experience in the field of technical building equipment (HKLS) knowledge of wastewater technology, anaerobic sewage sludge treatment, sludge incineration desirable Experience in the processing and management of wastewater treatment and sludge treatment projects desirable good knowledge of popular MS Office programs as well as knowledge of tender programs and CAD programs to create and test plans very good knowledge of German as well as oral and written expressability (comparable to level C2 (GER))) Driving licence Class B Personal competencies: Ability to conduct project groups independent and independent operation Assessment and decision-making Communication, organisational and negotiation skills Diversity competence
