Together for excellence. The Mercedes-Benz Logistics Center Hannover is an important component in the manufacturer's own parts logistics in Europe. As the second stage of the supply chain, it is the link between the central warehouse, the Mercedes-Benz Global Logistics Center in Germersheim, to the customers. Together with the other German wholesale sites, the logistics centers Nuremberg, Cologne and Reutlingen, it ensures the fast and smooth supply of the branch offices and service companies in Germany and the national companies of some neighbouring countries.

Your tasks in detail: Assignment of the commissioned parts into various loading aids

Testing and acknowledgement of the commissioned parts by handheld scanner

sorting of dangerous goods by corresponding transport regulations

Retrieval of customer delivery certificates and assignment to the packages

Participation in the organisation of group work

Participation in the continuous improvement process

Check delivery in the goods management system for accuracy and completeness

Packing deliveries according to packaging regulations and delivery dates

Monitoring and documentation for cargo securing operations according to VDI 2700ff

Ideally, you will bring: Completed vocational training preferably with a logistic background

Experience in goods delivery

Knowledge of cargo securing

Good team skills

Willingness to shift work

Good self and work organization

Team-related operation and high self-motivation

Experience with group work

Driving licence
