As a student project management PMO (Project Management Office) (w/m/d), you will actively participate in the digital transformation in the HR field. You work closely with the project team and the departments of several Group companies to drive the digitalization and optimization of HR processes in the Group. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in project work and contribute to the digital transformation within HR at E.ON.

A task that enthuses you

You actively support our PMO team in the creation of reports, analyses as well as in the maintenance and evaluation of project data in modern project management tools You take responsibility for quality - through participation in compliance with standards, performance of quality checks and documentation of deviations You keep an overview of project planning and control and ensure a structured documentation and reliable project control You bring fresh wind to the team - with new ideas for visualization, structuring and methodological further development of our work You actively shape our collaboration by organizing and preparing meetings, workshops and presentations

A background that convinces us

You are immatriculated in a relevant course in an advanced semester, such as BWL, HR Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related area.

You have pronounced analytical and organizational skills and a sense of structure.

Ideally, you bring first experience in project work.

It is easy for you to prepare content based on target groups.

You can work independently as well as collaboratively in teams.

Knowledge of MS Office and ideally in Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) as well as flowing German and English skills complete your profile.
