We are looking for reinforcement for our team at JHK Pappenheimer Immobilien GmbH.

Our focus is on the design of outdoor facilities – from earthwork and substructure to plasterwork to the finished garden and outdoor facilities.

Your tasks

• plasterwork and design of yard, road and outer surfaces
• Earthwork and terrain design
• Production of substructure and planum
• Garden and landscape construction
• Work with excavators, wheel loaders and other construction machines
• general work on our construction sites

Who we look for

You don't have to drive excavators for 20 years or have an education in garden and landscape construction.

Of course we are looking forward to applicants with professional experience – just as interesting for us are motivated cross-comers.

For example, you have already worked with an excavator, come from agriculture, are handcrafted or just have fun on construction machines and want to work professionally in this area? Then we will gladly get you with us.

We are especially important:

• Feeling for work and the willingness to get involved
• craftsmanship and technical understanding
• Reliability and learning
• careful handling of machines and work equipment
• independent work and good team cooperation
• Class B driving licence

Experience with excavators, wheel loaders or other construction machines is of advantage – egal whether it was collected professionally or privately. Everything else can be learned. A corresponding incorporation is of course for us.

Our construction sites are located almost exclusively in the vicinity and usually within a radius of ca. 20 km.

This means: no assembly, no weeks of out-of-road operations and short journeys.
