Digitization: You take responsibility for the design and digitization of our personal files in Personio including the appropriate folder structure. Process optimization: You create digital workflows and document templates to make our HR processes more modern and efficient. Recruiting: You support applicant management (job alerts, exam of inputs, appointment coordination). Software Analysis: You analyze the functions of Personio-Recruiting to use the tool optimally for our personnel recovery.

The place is fixed for 1 year!

Level: st.AH 2 hours per week: 15 h

Status: You are actively enrolled in a degree course from the field of law, economics or social sciences (e.g. economics, economic law, industrial engineering, sustainability sciences or comparable) IT-Skills: Secure handling of common IT applications (MS Office, ERP systems). Operation: A self-employed, targeted and process-oriented way of working distinguishes you. Soft Skills: You have fun working in the team as well as with interface partners, and counting communication and problem solving skills to your strengths.
