Multiannual professional experience in gastronomy, hotel industry or comparable services Experience in the operational management of larger teams Representative organizational and problem-solving competence Entrepreneurial thinking as well as cost and quality awareness High communication strength and social competence Conflict Resolution and Enforcement Intercultural competence and professional appearance Self-employed, structured and responsible work High flexibility, resilience and determination Very good German knowledge, other foreign languages are advantageous
