• Developing new customer potentials in the environment of contracting authorities through targeted acquisitions and use of public tendering platforms
• Costing and formulation of offers
• Implementation of (framework) contract negotiations and active participation in bidding conferences
• Close cooperation with our branches of the Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein region for the purpose of operational project implementation and exhaustion of internal synergy effects
• Development of a long-term client structure
• Ensuring our quality and process security as well as their further development within the meaning of our growth strategy

• A completed (commercial or technical) study and first professional experience
• First knowledge in the field of public procurement and contract law
• Experience in active customer acquisition
• Ideally experience in offering management and the personnel service industry
• Quality awareness, commitment, proactivity as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
