In the customer management business unit, you accompany change processes in projects and projects for the further development of commercial processes and customer communication, in particular in projects with high IT shares. You are addressing specific topics of change in the world of work that affect the work organisation of our employees. You practically advise managers and employees of the business unit in change topics. In cooperation with different teams, you are engaged, meet your own decisions and look for solutions for all involved. In addition, you will design internal communication formats to promote cooperation and moderate, for example, Lessons Learned sessions or retrospectives. You are also a supporting force in implementing the company-wide strategy process in customer management. Your experience in project management allows you to efficiently plan, implement changes and actively involve all stakeholders.

Complete commercial vocational training with additional qualification e.g. as manager:in or tested:r Change Manager:in or with long-term proven professional experience ideally in change management or Completed higher education (Bachelor / FH diploma) in the field of BWL or proof of recognition as “other:r employees:r” Proven long-term professional experience ideally in change management in various organizational cultures Knowledge of the application of common change management methods to support the change process in the context of commercial processes Excellent communication skills and a sense of strategic relationships Interest in new technologies

Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular salary increases, an annual special payment and an additional occupational pension (VBL). Hybrid work: Mobile work is a reality with us.
