What you do good

• They are direct contact persons for clients, relatives, supervisors and employees in the area

• You take responsibility for the professional topics on the housing groups, accompany employees in educational questions and design and moderate team meetings

• You control the incorporation of new employees and accompany short-term workers in the living area

• They participate in the process of demand collection and support the teams in preparing and implementing measures

• They support the housing groups in structuring workflows and, if necessary, in failure management

What you want

• You have a completed vocational training of medical education, medical education, social education, nursing or have a comparable qualification

• You already have experience in the field of integration aid and pedagogical work with people with support needs and are open to changes (e.g. the BTHG)

• Affiliation to a Christian church is not a must, all are welcome. But it is important to us that all employees carry our Christian values such as charity, respect and responsibility and live in everyday work
