Since we are constantly growing and expanding our services, we are now looking for a lifeguard (m/w/d) for the teaching rescue station in Ganderkesee in full time (39 hours / week).

You take care of the organisation and security of the service at the rescue station, in particular the compliance with QM regulations and legal requirements You participate in leadership tasks such as service plan design, personnel management and quality management You support employees through individual advice You support the rescue service in close cooperation You take the operative service to the teaching rescue station in Ganderkesee
