You are the first contact person:in our employee representations & bodies - especially at Group and General Management Board levels - and act as permanent employer representatives:in meetings You advise our areas of expertise in all collective questions You develop and negotiate business agreements, balancing interests and social plans - and always find the balance between legal precision and practical feasibility As a full lawyer, you are actively involved in group-wide projects with labour law relevance, e.g. in the areas of artificial intelligence, e-mobility or new working environments. You advise our HR experts and executives as well as the Executive Board of the AXA Group on labour law issues and tax external law firms as required You prepare relevant legal judgements and changes in law, derive concrete recommendations for action and carry out in-house training Together with a team member, you are responsible for the legally compliant use of AXA personnel

As a full lawyer:in you have completed your 2nd legal state exam and have a well-founded knowledge in labour law - especially in collective labour law You bring at least two years of professional experience in labour law and ideally have a completed specialist course in this area You are a team player:in, working structured, solution-oriented and bringing a high degree of self-responsibility and pragmatism You think entrepreneurial, negotiated and find creative solutions in the field of different interests You're sure to go with the MS Office package and feel comfortable in digital work environments
