Support in the development of strategies and concepts for the further development of the payment and payment business Analysis and optimization of existing business processes and systems in payment transactions Development of innovative solutions on innovative payment methods and payment processing Implementation of regulatory requirements Specification and implementation of technical solutions (professional concepts, user stories) in close coordination with the specialist department, software development and other project stakeholders

First professional and project experience, ideally focusing on payment transactions such as SEPA, Instant Payments, SWIFT or TARGET2 Affinity for current developments and innovations in payment transactions (e.g. Giralgeldtoken, Digital Euro, Request to Pay) First knowledge of current regulatory developments such as PSD3, SWIFT ISO20022 Migration or Instant Payment Regulation is desirable. Methodological knowledge and experience in project management and agile methodology (e.g. User Story, Customer Journey, Scrum, Nexus) Complete university studies in economics, business informatics or comparable Very good German (min. C1 level) and good English skills
