You support the development and production of innovative concepts and recipes for our national and international food customers with a focus on beverages You are involved in development briefings, from the idea for a product to production You support in project work, perform recipe developments, changes and adaptations You prepare finished product and product samples You take the sensory and physical assessment, control and qualification of product samples and service plants You perform analytical tests and interpret the results You check the ingredients (aromes, colors, etc.) and make appropriate adjustments to the recipes in compliance with the cost and quality aspects You advise and support customer complaints For the maintenance of master data as well as application and development data in the IT systems You pay attention to the compliance and monitoring of internal and legal requirements and guidelines on hygiene, occupational safety, food safety and environmental protection as well as iso processes

You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in food or beverage technology, nutritional sciences or similar training You have first experience in product development in the food industry and interest in nutrition and food trends You have the technical understanding of complex product development processes and a pronounced problem solving capability You're not afraid of innovations, you always get new ideas and don't be afraid to go other ways too You have basic knowledge of product processing and the interaction between ingredients and ingredients You will be happy to show your own initiative, be resilient and take responsibility for your projects You are a communication talent and have fun sharing with national and international interfaces You also think “out of the box” and agile work is of course for you You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy building partnerships, as well as working and cultural cooperation You know the current programs (MS Office, SAP) and bring a certain IT affinity and can research information You have very good knowledge of German and English (word and writing) You have a valid European work permit
