Project Manager - Work Preparation / SF Construction / Building Construction (m/f/d)

You control the technical and organizational work preparation for our SF construction projects and ensure the smooth exchange between planning and construction. Using common software like MS Office You coordinate the succession of the works and agree closely with architects: inside, specialist planners: inside and out. You take over the organization of the building site, create the necessary plans and accompany the process for obtaining the building permits. You are actively involved in project controlling by maintaining the project documentation, creating target-actual comparisons at costs and appointments and supporting the team in post-order processing.

You bring a completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the construction management or coordination of construction projects. Knowledge in German building contract law is a clear plus, but no compelling prerequisite. In dealing with MS Office you are versed; Experience with building software like BPS is of advantage. As an organizational designer, you are convinced by a reliable, independent way of working and the will to successfully complete projects. Your very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
