Shift Supervisor Picking & Loading (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical management, instruction and motivation of the shift team as well as the creation of efficient personnel deployment plans You monitor and optimize the entire flow of goods (order processing, storage, commissioning, shipping/charging) to ensure appointment You monitor the work performance according to the targets, check the warehouse bookings and carry out inventory corrections and inventory. You provide a pick quality, a fault-free picking of our customer orders and a complete, form-fitting loading (load protection) ensure that accident prevention regulations and health and safety standards are complied with. You ensure order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility while complying with the hygiene rules and cleaning plan (Food Defense) will help you operate modern warehouse management systems (LFS/M3) and assist in integrating automation solutions You identify bottlenecks, work actively in day-to-day business and improve our internal logistics processes You ensure quality and work safety regulations in your area of responsibility You have successfully completed your training as a specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Continuing training is desirable You bring several years of professional experience in warehouses and have already gained first leadership experience You are a prominent organizational institution, have enforcement capability and bring high problem solving competence in a dynamic environment with You are familiar with ERP systems (M3/LFS) and MS Office You are open to digital data flows and paperless documentation The readiness for three-layer work is not a problem for you
