As a competent contact person, you are responsible for the preparation and execution of campaigns in the Customer Service Information System (CIS) and the creation of customer letters. You take care of the query actions including the associated orders. You take over the organization of mailings, brochures and advertising materials as well as the annual inventory. You are excited about the planning and implementation of seasonal actions and team events and are happy to take over coordination. Pre- and post-processing of customer surveys is your responsibility. You cooperate with trade fairs and advise and serve our existing customers.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a forward-looking or logistical background. We require the safe handling of MS Office applications as well as good English knowledge in word and writing. Your strengths include organizational talent, creativity, high commitment and self-initiative as well as team and communication skills.
