At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a senior project engineer: in construction engineering or construction (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Berlin is growing, the Berlin S-Bahn network is growing. With the construction of a new north-south axis for the S-Bahn, the so-called S 21, additional capacities are created and new line routings in the Berlin S-Bahn network are enabled. The main railway station is accessible from all four directions by S-Bahn, the Potsdamer Platz is connected directly to the main railway station, and the area around the park on the track triangle will be accessible for the first time by S-Bahn. The independent control and technical support of the project phases 3-8 in the Gewerk Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau or Hochbau is within your responsibility You coordinate trades, contractors and internal interfaces and ensure that quality, dates and costs are met The implementation and monitoring of planning, construction, construction monitoring and testing services is one of your tasks as well as contract and follow-up management You are responsible for requesting and supporting public-law permits, interim and final withdrawals You complete performance agreements and contracts with service providers and suppliers independently and ensure that You are implemented in a quality manner In a multi-sector team, you will participate in appointment, risk and cost management The coordination with authorities, project partners and neighboring projects is your responsibility, as well as the preparation of decision templates and committee documents As part of the VV construction, you take over the construction release process and continue to train regularly

Your profile:

A specialist/university study for civil or economic engineer or architect, ideally focusing on constructive engineering/construction, forms the basis of your qualification You have at least three years of professional experience in planning, controlling or project management of complex construction projects Finding knowledge of VOB, UVgO, SektVO and HOAI as well as relevant legal regulations and guidelines You work safely with project management software such as MS Project, iTWO and planning and documentation tools Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working distinguish you You think analytical, trade solution-oriented and go sovereign with complex technical questions Through your safe appearance and communication strength, you convince in negotiations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
