Conception, construction and optimization of innovative system solutions (hard and software) Identification, evaluation and introduction of new technologies, trends and tools Head of technical development projects – from idea to implementation. In the short term, the focus is on adapting the 5G technology for the application areas of the company. Close cooperation with internal technology teams and external partners Strengthening our technical expertise through knowledge transfer and training. You are the first contact person for technical questions in the company. Company representation at trade fairs, partners and technology communities

Complete technical studies (e.g. news, electrical or information technology) or equivalent qualification Multiannual experience in technical development or similar Deep understanding of communication technologies (radio, 4G/5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, DECT, network) Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality Structured, analytical work and joy in new solutions Self-employed, result-oriented and convincing personality with strong communication and team skills Experience in the management and motivation of an interdisciplinary team as well as openness and the ability to effectively convey complex facts in both oral and written language
