ADAC IT Service GmbH is the central IT service provider for all IT services within ADAC and plays a key role in the further success of ADAC and the technical modernization of ADAC performance portfolio. You work with over 250 IT specialists in an attractive working environment with state-of-the-art technologies to further develop the digitalization of ADAC. Become part of the central IT service provider of the entire ADAC. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently eight employees. You develop this in a targeted way with regard to ownership, quality and cooperation and establish an open feedback and performance culture. You are responsible for the further development of the core insurance software in close cooperation with the transformation projects. You establish resilient development and operating processes, including incident, change and application management. You secure a stable, audit- and operational IT operation and ensure smooth transitions between project and line operation. You work closely with transformation projects and take over the partnership coordination with commissioners

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the management and building of IT teams and live a leadership that focuses on trust, orientation, empowerment and conscious transfer of responsibility. You are convinced by clear, value-estimating communication, structured decision-making and the ability to constructively control complex interests and conflicts of interest. You have a sound understanding of software development and IT operation of business-critical application systems, ideally complemented by experience in the insurance or regulated environment. You also have experience in building IT processes and procedures for application development. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
