We work to reduce, process and produce raw materials and products for our vehicles while respecting human rights and environmental standards. In particular, the supply chains of steel, aluminum and battery materials play a central role. Our mission: create transparency, minimize risks and implement sustainable standards – together with around 1500 suppliers worldwide. Your tasks Research activities and coordination with other areas in the Group

Creation of management presentations and training documents

Environment Participation in climate-friendly raw material and supply chain (Ambition 2039)

Independent processing of defined projects (climates, CO2 analyses)

Keeping and reviewing sustainability requirements

Human rights Participation in the implementation of the UN Principles on Economic and Human Rights in Raw Materials Supply Chains

Self-assessment of projects, e.g. risk analysis, implementation of measures and impact control

Cooperation in the processing of incidents, reporting, communication and creation of management briefings

Supplier evaluation/competence Coordination and support in audits on Responsible Sourcing, e.g. Responsible Supply Chain Initiative (RSCI)

Cooperation in process design and digitization in the area of supplier evaluation and capability

Direct exchange with suppliers, including answering sustainability questionnaires and follow-up processes

Cooperation in the processing of incidents, reporting, communication and creation of management briefings

Implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. LkSG, CSDDD)

We expect you Programme in the field of sustainability management, social, economic, environmental or natural sciences, geosciences, raw material management, business management, economic engineering, business informatics, etc.

enthusiasm for responsible procurement and sustainability; first practical experience in the supply chain are a plus

IT-Know-how: Secure handling of MS-Office, experiences in software projects, ideally knowledge of process digitalization and basic knowledge in AI applications

German and English fluent in word and writing

Team spirit, communication skills, initiative and the ability to explore new topics quickly and independently
