STRABAG Rail GmbH is an international railway company and part of the STRABAG SE Group. Thanks to its more than 100 years of experience, it gives valuable impetus in the planning of railway construction projects and sets qualitative standards in the construction design. You will learn the profession of the construction equipment manager/construction equipment manager during a 3-year training period You will learn how to use construction machines and tools (e.g. surveying equipment, compressed air hammers, shaker plates, etc.) You learn to guide and operate the construction equipment (e.g. excavator, wheel loader, caterpillar etc.) You will be taught the use and processing of building materials Knowing safety regulations, workflows and construction site organization Visit and completion of the vocational school, discontinuation of the final examination and all necessary partial examinations

Good real school degree with at least satisfactory grades in German and mathematics craftsmanship, technical interest, spatial imagination and good understanding Careful operation High flexibility, joy in learning, motivation, commitment and team skills Interest in construction and outdoor work
