You conduct and coordinate our construction projects responsibly and are the central interface for structural concerns in the company You take over the determination of needs, develop concepts and create policy templates in coordination with the Construction Technology Infrastructure (BTI) You define services, take over or direct the tender, conduct contract calls and create award recommendations You create approval, execution and detail planning or accompany and manage the task of external planners and specialist planners You accompany the delivery of the service and carry out acceptances, commissionings and the transfer to the operating process in the case of orders granted You will ensure a smooth running in your work environment, within your projects and organize them efficiently You support their colleagues: within the Facility Management team, specific building topics as well as property-related visits and exams You live the hands-on mentality, are team players:in and keep an overview in challenging situations You are in direct contact with the Construction Technology Infrastructure (BTI) and actively support these in the subject area you have transferred

Successfully completed training as a construction artist:in, construction technician:in or architect:in 2-3 years of experience in detail/execution planning and/or realization of construction projects Experience with building technology systems for control and digital usage data acquisition Pleasure to the topics of preservation and sustainability and energy efficiency Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Knowledge in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams), optional in CAD and CAFM applications Binding appearance and good communication skills across hierarchical levels and stakeholders Team skills and joy in dealing with people Independent, targeted and reliable operation possession of a valid license class III or B
