Corporate Risk Management: You provide the framework for risk management, accompany specialist areas in the identification of operational and regulatory risks and start sound risk reports for specialist areas and top management. Further development & Tracking: Your responsibility lies in the further development of risk analyses (in particular operational and compliance risks), the consolidation of cross-departmental risks and the consistent tracking of action implementation. Corporate Compliance & Methodology: You design national and international compliance requirements for the prevention of legal violations and continuously develop the methodological effectiveness check of policies. Culture, values & qualification: Through all interfaces, you promote a lived compliance and risk culture and establish standards through targeted training and modern e-learning. International rollout: Also at a global level, you act sovereignly, control the rollout of policies in our national companies and check their sustainable implementation.

Background: An above-average degree of economic law is the basis of your knowledge. Professional Experience & Project Practice: Multiannual practical experience in risk management (ideal in the field of compliance or operational) as well as detectable successes in the independent project management from planning to implementation. Communication & Flexibility: Strong presentation capabilities combined with the competence to flexibly change between strategic and conceptual work and the operational consulting of international departments. Working & posture: Highest trustworthiness and an independent, targeted way of working distinguish you, combined with structured and pragmatic implementation strength. IT-Know-how & languages: Safe handling of Google Workspace, experience with AI applications and ideally GRC software (e.g. OneTrust, LCM) as well as very good German and English skills.
