The assembly planning division is part of the Global Industrial Engineering division. As a project manager, you are responsible for the industrialization of new products, developing the assembly processes and leading pioneering projects in production. Responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of production processes (ramp-up) of complex new products Development and optimization of assembly concepts in coordination with development, assembly, equipment construction and quality Development, evaluation and introduction of future-oriented assembly concepts and systems Implementation of feasibility and cost-effectiveness analyses including clock time calculations and layout planning Identification and implementation of process optimizations and introduction of best practices in series production Further development of the product development process Head of strategic and global projects in the production environment

You have a state-tested technician or a completed technical degree (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) with a focus on production/assembly technology Several years of experience in industrial engineering, production planning in the serial environment, we presuppose Deeper knowledge of the application of planning methods such as REFA, MTM, Lean Production and FMEA would be desirable as well as advantage of SAP knowledge You have a good understanding of the entire product development process and its interactions in the supply chain, quality and product development A pronounced analytic-strategic way of thinking, high communication strength and a pronounced team capacity as well as good German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile
