Product Developer Meat Products (m/f/d)

As a developer for meat products (m/w/d) in our product development, you shape the future of our meat, hybrid and vegetarian components and accompany their development until successful implementation in production. Your tasks include: development from the idea to the series: you control the entire development process from the first briefing to the development of recipes to the release of series production. Take into consideration culinary and nutritional trends and economic requirements and use synergies within our product portfolio. Rohwarenmanagement Warengruppe Fleisch: As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will continue developing the meat product group. These include raw meat for internal further processing as well as processed purchase products that you evaluate and tax according to qualitative, economic and strategic criteria. Customer requirements and processes: You ensure compliance with all relevant requirements regarding sensor technology, process capability, process safety (HACCP), food requirements and costs. In addition, you advise internal and external customers, for example in briefings or tastings. Portfolio Management: You continually develop our raw and component pool. Cooperation in projects: You actively contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects and initiatives and shape the further development of our product portfolio.

You like to work in the team and convince by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working. You always keep in mind quality, cost-effectiveness and results. In addition, you will bring: completed vocational training in the food sector, e.g. as a butcher (m/w/d), Fleischer (m/w/d) or Koch (m/w/d), supplemented by relevant professional experience Ideally, a further education to master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) or a completed study (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on food technology Knowledge of the production and processing of meat products Impressed interest in continuously expanding and developing your expertise
