We are looking for you to strengthen our team for the Hamburg location

Senior Account Manager (w/m/d) Your main task is to ensure the continuous passenger counting of the nordbahn and to ensure internal / external demand management.

Your responsibilities

You are advising the management of demand-related topics (count data & traffic contracts) You plan, monitor and control passenger counts incl. Coordination of external service providers In the introduction and support of the automatic passenger counting system (AFZS) in the South-West network, you will also be able to You conceptualize and control manual counting in special situations You agree with responsibilities, associations and service providers for data collection You work on internal processes and secure data flows You'll start passenger-relevant evaluations and key figures You support utilisation analyses and short- and medium-term planning (controlling)

You bring a completed study, for example, of the transport industry, BWL, economics, statistics or comparable training with Ideally you already have experience in passenger counting You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally have experience in data-based analysis of passenger numbers You bring an IT affinity and technical and railway-operated understanding with You are routined in dealing with statistical procedures, key figures and complex relationships You are powerful in word and writing You convince by your own initiative and reliability as well as a structured and systematic way of working
