Individual social pedagogical support of our participants Identification of individual obstacles through resource-oriented competence accounting Social-integral support/consultation in family, mental, health or organisational problems, including their social environment, and prioritized handover to the existing network and active use of network structures to promote sustainable self-organisational skills Implementation of individual and group discussions to clarify personal problems, develop solutions and promote self-responsibility Work in small groups in a setting of a maximum of 6 participants Promoting motivation, self-effectiveness and social competence through empowerment approaches Recognizing the competencies and potentials of our participants Support for professional integration in close cooperation with coaches Design of communication interfaces between participants and network partners Creating good framework conditions for educational work through regular contacts with clients and close networking in the region Documentation, case control and close coordination with network partners, companies and the demand provider (Jobcenter) to ensure a continuous and sustainable integration process

Complete studies (e.g. social education, social work, medical, rehabilitation or special education, pedagogy) Creativity and self-initiative, a high level of communication and team skills and joy in working with people Digital media competence
