For our customers, a high-growth company from the construction industry in Lichterfelde, we now occupy the following position: Project Manager (m/w/d) Disciplinary leadership of the project team in the area of development & rehabilitation Responsible management and control of construction projects in the area of expansion and renovation Creating and coordinating project plans and monitoring timetables and budgets Implementation of cost calculations, budget planning and audits Close cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth project process

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualifications (e.g. craftsman or civil engineering technicians) Multiannual professional experience in the management of construction projects in construction or interior construction Knowledge of the relevant legal provisions and the VOB Embossed organisational capacity and resilience Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
