You enter the entire procurement process, award documents, get offers, evaluate them and conduct negotiations with our suppliers. On the basis of your evaluations, you prepare award decisions and accompany the subsequent assignment. As we place great emphasis on standardized processes that save time and increase efficiency, the negotiation and maintenance of framework agreements also belongs to your task. You actively contribute to the further development of the shopping area and support organizational and coordinating tasks. Thanks to roll-based work, you can keep an overview of the ordering processes, even if there is no leadership in the house, and inspire colleagues for the common thing. Your task ranges from standardized procurement processes to classic orders outside existing framework contracts. You always keep the big picture in mind. We move around public administration, so you have a vigilant eye on all relevant legal and company-internal regulations. In the entire tender procedure, you are in close contact with your colleagues from the specialist departments in Braunschweig and Osnabrück.

You have completed a degree in economics or engineering or completed a commercial training. Thanks to the first years in your job, you know what you want and how to excite others. Empathy and care determine your appearance. Experiences with public tenders are helpful. You like to take responsibility, work independently and keep an overview even in challenging situations. You bring well-founded knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations (e.g. VOB, VOL, GWB) and convince with pronounced negotiation skills and self-confident appearance at eye level. Experiences with Business Central knowledge. And if not, we'll teach you the skills. For you as well as for this place, of course: Analytical and strategic thinking as well as routined handling of MS Office and experience with tendering software. With a very good knowledge of German, you are a responsive, relaxed contact person who, if necessary, also uses his knowledge of English.
