Volunteering in the production department (m/f/d)

The world of media is – like the activity as a recording director (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) – multifaceted and diverse: you learn to organize filming, studio and outdoor productions, soaring for the smooth running of the set, supported in preparation and planning, and being a contact person for all involved. Your communication and organizational talent is in demand, because the threads work together with you and you work with many people from different areas. You always have an overview and make sure that every product and production becomes a success, processes and budgets are adhered to and ecological standards are taken into account. You are in use for various editorial staff and support them in a variety of products and formats, e.g. magazine shows, live shows, sports and entertainment formats, smaller scenic productions or events. Our goal is to convey not only the necessary craftsmanship, but also the enthusiasm for the organization of crossmedialen products. These include the deployment planning of teams with different functions, tasks and needs as well as the coordination of resources. Professional training supplements the practical part so that you can start the occupation of the reception line at the end of your training with the necessary foundation.

Successfully completed medical or commercial training or Study in the multimedia field Minimum age 18 years At least an internship in the field of professional recording management and understanding of crossmediale production processes driving licence class B Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge Sovereignty and flexibility in dealing with special situations e.g. time pressure, hectic, long standing in the studio or in challenging weather conditions e.g. B. External rotation Organizational & communication talent as well as convincing and sovereign appearance Willingness to work on weekends and holidays according to labour and tariff regulations

The Volontariat lasts two years - you are part of our diverse and cross-media media productions. You learn everything you can do as a recording manager (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) – from A like accreditation and working time regulations, to P like production announcement to Z for cooperation You will learn basics and get a well-founded training in specialist training and projects. In the production phases, you can apply everything in practice and develop yourself in a targeted manner at the different stations and in various productions.
