You analyze, optimize and automaize finance processes within the LAPP group – with a special focus on EMEA You control global optimization initiatives in the financial sector and introduce your process and system expertise, especially in the S/4HANA environment. As a connecting point of intersection between finance, IT and internal customers, you translate requirements into sustainable solutions and actively advance their implementation You take responsibility for central project phases – from blueprint creation to implementation to roll-out – and accompany the necessary change management measures You communicate with project participants, stakeholders and decision-makers and ensure transparency, commitment and clear decision-making.

A completed training or study in the field of business, finance or business informatics Multiannual experience in financial and accounting as well as in the management or control of projects Very good understanding of financial processes, global economic relations and digital transformation approaches Impressive analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex situations in a structured manner and implement them in a solution-oriented manner High consulting skills, communication strength and security in dealing with stakeholders of different levels Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP; Experience with S/4HANA is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
