You accompany children, parents and families according to their individual needs and resources You create reliable structures and a safe, valuable everyday life You promote development, self-employment and social skills You take responsibility and are a reliable reference person You create educational offers and accompany help and development processes You work closely with youth offices, premiers and other network partners You document your educational work professionally You actively contribute your experiences and ideas to building our new location The special: You don't get into a finished system. A completed training as an educator or an educational course, e.g. social work, childhood education, medical education or education Joy of intensive pedagogical relationship work Empathy, sense of responsibility and a clear professional attitude Team spirit and desire to build something new together The ability to remain calm and operational even in challenging situations Willingness to work on weekends and holidays Experience in stationary child, youth or family help is welcome. At least as important to us is that you fit our team and your task.

30 days holiday per year and two additional free days on 24.12. and 31.12. – if you have no service on these days. Otherwise you will get two compensation days.
