Human Resources Administrator / Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

As an employee/training coordinator, you take over the overall responsibility for commercial and commercial training – from planning and control to further development. These include the support of trainees, the organisation of apprenticeship events, cooperation with IHK and vocational schools, and the implementation of feedback and sample-time talks You will ensure a smooth flow of information between trainees, executives, IHK, vocational schools and internal departments and coordinate relevant training and HR events You independently control the recruiting process for training places and selected specialist positions – from the requirement definition to the publication of job advertisements to the pre-selection and organisation of job interviews In addition, initiate and conduct BEM talks, inform employees about the objective and accompany the construction of a structured BEM process together with the staff management You represent the M&R at training fairs, school cooperations and other events and build external partnerships sustainably You work closely with the Head of Personnel and bring your ideas into the holistic development as well as the full design of our HR area

You have completed vocational training or completed studies in the field of human resources management, BWL, economic law or a comparable qualification For this, you have first to several years of professional experience in the field of staff – ideally with focus on training and recruiting An instructor certificate (AdA) is an advantage – alternatively, we are happy to assist you in obtaining this qualification You will enjoy training, recruiting and operational integration management (BEM) Confidence and discretion in handling sensitive information are of course for you Last but not least, you score with communication strength, empathy, a sovereign appearance and a safe handling of MS Office
