Its focus is on debt management and includes diverse activities: Your responsibilities include the supervision of the corporate group's legal acts (Höffner, Furniture Kraft, Furniture Mahler and Sconto). You shall endeavour to balance open claims. For your cases, you will be able to make your own payment arrangements. You operate the pre-judicial and judicial proceedings as well as the enforcement. With your structuring work, you will always accompany you from the beginning to the end and monitor deadlines. You work closely with customer accounting and financial accounting as well as with many other departments of the Krieger Group.

You have a completed training as a lawyer, or a comparable training. You are also welcome as a cross-comer! Experience in receivable management is a plus, but not a must. You have a pronounced analytical ability. Your work is precise and structured and you are flexible in the task.
